From Operations to Engineering
I came into tech from a completely different world. I spent eight years in operations management where I helped scale a local retail business from a single location to over twenty stores across New England. I built teams, set up distribution and supply chain operations, and handled everything from store buildouts to staff training. That experience gave me a deep understanding of how businesses actually run, and it shows in the way I approach development. I don't just build things that look good. I build things that work for the people using them.
My projects range from custom CMS-powered client sites that let business owners manage their own content, to a full-stack anime tracking platform with community features, to a multiplayer deduction game that uses a RAG pipeline and real-time video chat. I'm always working on something new, and I take pride in shipping real products that solve real problems.
PORTFOLIO
Selected case studies (2025-2026)

Queued
Crunchyroll removed all community comments in 2024, leaving anime fans with no way to discuss what they were watching. Queued fills that gap with a calendar for weekly and seasonal releases, friend activity tracking, and episode-level discussions.

Am I?
A party game that only existed as a physical card game with no way to play online. Am I? brings it to the web with real-time video chat via Daily.co, a RAG pipeline that ingests Wikipedia data and transforms it into structured character profiles using Gemini, and an AI-powered Oracle that finds surprising connections between characters.

Ash Tatts Miami
A tattoo artist needed both a business site and an art showcase. Built a portfolio with custom gallery, social media integration, and a booking contact form.

Singh's Roti Shop
A restaurant owner needed to manage their own menu, reviews, and content without calling a developer. Built a site with a custom Sanity CMS integration that puts full content control in non-technical hands.

Clear Out Kings
A cleanout company needed a professional web presence to book jobs. Built a site with Sanity CMS so the owner can update services, pricing, and testimonials without touching code.
